Everything was amazing from the moment I walked in to the office for check in, the staff was friendly, helpful and informative! This was a home away from home! I will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious for our family of 5. The small kitchen was great to have with kids. The pool was a good size and clean. We are ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was amazing and the wait staff and bartender were so nice. The only small issue we had was waiting for the cleaning staff to use the elevators during the day, but we managed. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Clearwater Beach.

tHEY CHARGE YOU CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FOR BREAkfast / never used and still charged / staff not friendly to respond and assist / very rude / manager never called / i called x 5 / Receptionist did not want to connect to a manager / They were raising voice / I spend thousands of dollars for business transaction / I am very reputable businessman and do not deserve for such a treatment American Express helped to clarify and refunded money / It is not money it is principles . Management is terrible / no communication Everyone can make a mistake but nobody bothered to resolve it and call back and talk and apologize and refund it I believe somebody did not pay for a breakfast and They grabbed first available card on file and applied my signature I signed at the end when checked out to the breakfast bill / it is fraud

Such a great location. Not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. And there is free covered parking on site.

I purchased a bundle through Expedia and also purchased the breakfast daily for an additional charge. The staff was friendly and the man said they would put the breakfast tickets under our door for the next mornings breakfast. The tickets were not under the door and we had to ask the lady the next morning. She then gave us 4 days of tickets, when we were supposed to get 5. When sitting down to breakfast it's a very limited expensive menu and the tickets only cover 35 dollars and we have to cover the rest. That should of been a detail in the breakfast purchase. Also while checking in he did let us check in early which I was very happy about however he took my card and said it was just to put in on file. I noticed everyday I was charged 75 dollars. I then questioned the lady ( acouple days later)at the front desk and she said there was a 40 dollar a day parking fee and 27 dollar fee for the use of the bikes and pool. Mean while I have already paid for the room for 5 days and didn't figure in an additional 400 dollar charge. I personally will never purchase a vacation bundle through Expedia again.
