The hallways were filthy the walls for being torn apart my room was supposed to have a City view I had an alley view and parking lot view the room was dirty there was still trash in the room and the shower ceiling had cracks the shower head had mold and the tub was dirty... Needless to say I did not take a shower there and I will never stay at this again absolutely not worth the money that you pay for!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!

I had a horrible experience!! We arrived around 12:15AM to being told that we did not have a room after booking and completely paying in full weeks before our arrival date. So long story short myself and my 11 year old had to go on a hunt for an available room at another place which was impossible to find with the girls and boys us soccer team in town and a cheer competition that we were in town for. We did not find a room until 3:30 AM and it was the wort of the worst we got stuck in a smoking room my daughter has asthma. Moral of the story don't book at 88 palms because when you show up you will not have a room!!!!

A little dated but was nice and clean. The room I got was huge. Loved the King bed. VERY convenient and close to outlet and airport. Short trip to SIXT car rental and there are airport shuttles for your convenience.

Most Horrible experience

We checked in at 9pm as we had a long travel day. I booked a king with pool view. Not a pool view, shower did not work only tub faucet, filthy room filthy sheets blood in hallway walls and carpet, no remote for tv when locating different rooms tv remote no tv service. Most horrible experience!!

Do not go here!

The tub was not draining at all in the room so we got switched to a different room however this one smelled like ashtray and there was smoke in the room. They had been smoking there and it was really recent. I of course asked to be moved to a different room because I was not about to stay there and have my clothes and my kids clothes smell like smoke…..after 10 minutes going back-and-forth because they claim they didn’t have another room available. They somehow found a third room for us to switch to now this one is not overlooking the pool which mind you they charge you extra for that. The room was also not very cleaned and it smelled muggy and musty. I didn’t have another choice but to stay there luckily it was just one night. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re OK with everything I just mentioned. I went there because my daughter is a cheerleader and had competition the next day at 8 AM unfortunately no other place was available but again I do not recommend this place at all!

This was a very poor hotel. One of the worst I’ve seen. Walls are paper thin, gym was inaccessible, staff said they couldn’t even access. Blood on elevator wall or something odd, tv volume didn’t work, etc.
