My favorite hotel in Florida by far have been coming to this hotel for 18yrs can't wait to come back again. The only negative I have is they don't sell there soap, shampoo or lotion like they used too but that is a minor problem.

Beach staff and front desk awesome but other than the hotel needs a bit of updating and cohesiveness in service throughout the departments. Service and staff were a 10/10. Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great.

This hotel sets the standard for all others. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The pool decks are well appointed and the ocean view is stunning. The beach is a bit rocky, which makes swimming a little tricky but not impossible.
