Expedia provided a great room at a reasonable price 3 months before the stay. Upon arrival the hotel told us this room was given to someone else. They tried to get us to move to residences instead of the premiere ocean view we had paid for. We arrived at 2:30pm and weren’t given the substandard room until 5:30pm. Super frustrating as the staff passed us from one to the other while the concierge continuously apologized. The hotel was fairly empty only about 10 rooms with lights on from the ocean side. The restaurant is very overpriced and also understaffed. The hotel has amazing potential it’s a beautiful property but needs improved management. We often dive at Riveria Beach so I really wanted to love this place for future trips but they have to get it together to earn my business and precious time off again.

The property itself is nice, the rooms are pretty. However, I had several issues. Upon check-in, the AC unit in the room was not working properly, the room was very hot and humid. Then, that evening, 5/13/25, the staff in the reception area were very rude to me and my guest. My guest was a black male with tattoos that I guess they assume looks suspicious even though we were staying there. They came out and questioned him as to what we were doing standing outside of the lobby area. They were very rude when they asked as if we weren’t paying to stay there. I’m not a sensitive person, but they treated us very badly to the point where I would never want to stay there again. The reservation was in my name with my plus one and we were not doing anything suspicious, except standing outside talking, which we have every right to do. So someone looks a certain way they come out and question him harshly? I spoke to the manager the next day about this and they offered us half off another night or half off that night, to which I decided not to stay again and would have wanted the half off night. I confirmed with multiple staff members that the manager, Burak, would honor this, even though he was not present to issue the refund. They assured me that it would be issued And one of the members vouched for me that he heard Burak say that. It was never honored, and they will not answer or return any phone calls regarding this. This is unprofessional, I will stay elsewhere when I am in town.

Rooms and spa - great. Dining - go somewhere else.

Rooms are great. Luxurious bathroom. Grande ocean view room has a large balcony. Plenty of seating areas. Dining options leave a lot to be desired - the food isn’t good and very overpriced. Spa is lovely - would return just for the spa. There are other hotels with restaurants nearby. I’d recommend Ona. Walking distance.

I stayed at this wellness resort recently, and it was such a great experience. It’s an easy drive from Fort Lauderdale, but once you’re there, it feels like a total escape. The spa was the highlight—four floors of hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and pools. Easily the best spa I’ve ever been to. Everything was clean, thoughtfully designed, and never felt crowded. The oceanfront views were beautiful, and the drinks were top-notch. You can really tell the whole resort is high quality—nothing felt cheap or gimmicky, and there’s no flashy Miami vibe. Just a calm, relaxing atmosphere with great service. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The outside beach chair area was so unkept it's embarrassing for a high end resort the uniform for the spa staff looked like Walmart brand the food was just so under par had to send me steak back two times my first night the my second night had to send my burger back for a wellness resort not many option for people with allergies or food sensitivities. Overall very dissatisfied with the food and bar options

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. I recently stayed at the Amerit Resort and Spa to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk and valet were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Their warm service made a strong positive impression. However, the experience at the spa was disappointing. The spa attendants displayed a cold and dismissive attitude, which made us feel uncomfortable during what was supposed to be a relaxing and celebratory visit. Despite the high cost, the treatments did not meet our expectations in terms of quality or service. There was also little guidance from staff—we were left to figure things out on our own, which detracted from the experience. Given that we chose this resort specifically to create a special birthday memory, it was unfortunate that the spa component—something we were most looking forward to—fell short. While I appreciated many aspects of the resort, I would hesitate to recommend the spa until improvements are made in guest care and service consistency.
