The hotel location is the reason why we choose to stay here and it is very good location, close to everything. Check in and out was fast and easy. Front desk lady was nice. Our room smelled freshly clean when we entered. However we noticed yellow stains on one of the bed covers and one of the bathroom towels had stains on it too. Clean but stained. The water pressure in shower was so week we had to literally stand right next to shower wall to take shower. There were also couple of long hair in bathtub which made me think that it wasn't even cleaned.

Lake Powell Page and BW

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western overlooking Lake Powell. The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and had our room ready upon arrival. Our room overlooked the valley—not a perfect view of the lake, but still a nice outlook with beautiful sunset exposure. The room itself was clean and adequate for our needs. The hotel’s location near the city center was convenient—we could have walked if we wanted, but it was only about a mile’s drive. The pool was refreshing, a little on the cool side, but offered a great spot to dip in and enjoy the sunset. There’s also a small patio deck to sit and eat, which added to the experience. Breakfast was complimentary, fairly standard but appreciated, and the free parking was a plus. All in all, it was a clean, comfortable place with friendly service and a good location for exploring Page.

Checked all of our boxes--clean, convenient, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, nice pool, breakfast, and very friendly staff. Liked that the sink is outside of bathroom. It was just what we were looking for after spending the day outdoors. Bonus was the roll-out desk/table that we could use to eat in with the stools! Highly recommend and would return.

I booked months ago and asked for a room with a view. I got a view of the parking lot not of Lake Powell. The awnings were ripped by the sitting area the pool when there was rain. We payed $198 for the room. When we mentioned we saw a lower price of $109. They said they couldn't change it. That was very disappointing.

I rented a room at this hotel because it said it was lake view. You can not see the lake from this hotel that is a lie. Also the bed is terrible, it is way to soft and you sink into it and it makes my back hurt. Not at all comfortable.
