Excellent stay

Just spent one night here and it was fabulous. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, decor modern and airy, staff very friendly and the room was functional, clean and well laid out. There was even a choice of hard or soft pillows. Very modern bathroom, with a lovely large shower. If I had to pick one criticism it would be that the actual shower wasn’t powerful at all. For such a fabulous bathroom I expected quite a good shower. But if that’s all I have to pick up on then it was great! Breakfast was plentiful and hot, which isn’t always the case. We will definitely stay at a Hampton by Hilton again & highly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, nicely decorated, excellent hotel.

Staff was amazing on my arrival receptionist welcome me he was extremely professional polite quick in checking me in too. No issues whatsoever. Room was clean tidy . At breakfast staff was welcoming helpful friendly too . Morning receptionist was also friendly . However breakfast hash brown was bit uncooked someone must take them bit early from oven on other hand plant based sausage was good. 👍. May be needs bit more attention and care at breakfast area . Otherwise everything else was perfect service was good staff was polite & friendly . I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family 👍

The room was clean & comfortable, & the bed was excellent. The breakfast is always very good, with a wide range of things to choose from, with some lovely healthy options, like seeds and dried fruit to add to the muesli.

Convenient for our use. Room facilities were good - a small issue with the toilet was quickly attended to. The breakfast choice was very satisfactory but the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal was disappointing.

Breakfast was good. Generator noise u til late in the evening. Bed uncomfortable, pillows like rocks. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast sellection. Hilton Hotel was satisfactory compared to a Voco Hotel which was amazing!

Spoilt by an uncomfortable bed and pillows

The room was modern, clean and great amenities but the bed was hard, uncomfortable and creaky every time you moved. We had 4 pillows but 3 were too thin and the other was lumpy. The bed spoilt the stay, as the hotel itself was lovely and quiet too but it was a terrible nights sleep for both of us.
