The room was large and had a big tv. However they were working on the pool and when I sat on the floor to pack my suitcase my jeans got dirty (as in the floors weren’t very clean). There were a lot of kids running around playing baseball outside and the balls were flying around the parking lot.

Did not like the lack of parking due to the large amount of construction/roadworkers staying there. They had parked their work trucks, trailers & delivery trucks in multiple parking spaces. I did point this out to the front desk staff.

This place is terrible, I don't know how it has good reviews. Checked in to a dirty room, pool is full of trash bags, exterior is crumbling, the bathroom floor in my room was broken tiles with caulk used as grout, the outlets are so old my charger fell out of all of them, room service banged on my door at 7 am despite having the DND sign out, shower curtain doesn't stay closed, the refrigerator froze my drinks solid, should I keep going? Just terrible.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I've had. Rooms were clean. It's all a little dated but the price is right.

The pool is out. Maintenance needs on exterior (broken vents) and in rooms (dresser drawer pull dangling by door one screw). Bed not very comfortable. Bottom fitted sheet was put on inside out and kept popping off the corners.

Security doors to the building did not lock, kids running and screaming in the hallways and outside your windows all night. Property looks very beat up, pool was closed for renovation which was not listed on their website. Staff seemed like they wanted to help but weren’t going to put that much effort into it.

Just an average hotel for a fair price.

Hotel was fine for what we needed, the room was clean and suitable for our 2 night stay. Hot buffet breakfast was available and stocked well. They closed it early one morning by 20 minutes or so. Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Links, Waffles were available, along with cereals and yogurt. Tornado had come through days before, so the outside looked awful and hail damage on many windows and AC grills. Made us hesitant pulling up, but after realizing the reason, we were ok to stay. Easy location access. Facility was aged, but appeared to be kept up ok.

Breakfast was pretty good. Nice location to downtown. Smothers Park is a nust see if in the area. Room was adequate. We unfortunately had a plumbing problen with the shower, however the manager was eager to get it fixed and would have moved us to another room if the hotel wasn't filled up. Hopefully the next person(s) won't have a issue.
