vieux mais confortable

L'hotel est vieux, mais on voit les efforts pour le remettre a niveau (ex : la ceramique a ete refaite dans la piscine). Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais il y a de nombreuses traces d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Le personnel est tres a l'ecoute, ils nous ont preté un lit bebe et un lit d'appoint pour notre plus grand. L'hotel est 5 min d'une belle plage. Nous avons aimé notre sejour.

Obviously Travelodge bought this motel with intentions of updating and modernizing. Not much done so far. Room had double bed and 26” TV that wasn’t working. Bathroom was tiny, toilet seat broken. Window air conditioner was very loud. Furniture was worn on wooden tops and dresser handle was broken. Not impressed for $150 a night.

The bedside lamp was bent. The dresser had a missing handle. The sink taps were rusty and there was damage in the room that looked like someone had been beaten in our room. On a good note, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The property is fairly tidy except a few cigarette butts by the entryway.

We stayed at this location for two nights. The room we were in the first night had non-functional air conditioning. We spoke to the front desk the next day and as they had no comparable rooms available,they upgraded us into another room for free. Certainly service is fantastic here. If you have an opportunity to go to the attached café, the food there is very good for breakfast and lunch, and there’s a discount for hotel guests.

The bed was about as comfortable as concrete and far more expensive than just sleeping on the sidewalk. We both left with back injuries thanks to the bed. Avoid this motel!!!
