Very dirty. Painfully slow check in. Jennifer was plesent but very VERY slow. She said they upgraded me to a King bed... i made a reservation with 2 queens for a reason. The view from the room was the back parking lot, it is infested with garbage and rodents. Very disgusting and disappointed. The room is dirty, floors are sticky and disgusting. Stained bed covers.

Our room was great! With the exception of the toilet seat that needs to be tightened in a bad way. We were in room 107, beds were comfy, air conditioner was very loud and the sliding glass door was almost impossible to open. I would stay here again as it suited our needs but it's starting to show wear and tear.

Our room was clean and the king bed comfortable, but there was a lot of noise out in the hallways and the breakfast room was unavailable one morning and the pool and hottub were cold! My door key card stopped working and it was a very long way back to the front desk to replace it. We wont be staying there again!
