Honestly, it was a good place cause it was convenient meaning walking distance to the main strip. But it was very expensive paid close to $500 for one night for a little tiny room that was decently clean with a tiny old TV. A few mosquitoes on the ceiling in the washroom. It says newly renovated, but it seemed very outdated. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was nice when we did speak to them only there from 3-6pm.

The staff was unfriendly, didn’t give much advice of what to do in tobermory. We had to find information Center to inquire. The room has a lot of condensation, wet slippery floors. My friend slip and fell onto bed. Front desk didn’t say, make sure you turn dehumidifier on. We had to lie bathroom towels all over floor. Hot tub was nice but shameful it was on timed hours and we couldn’t enjoy it.

I stayed in Room 5 on Friday evening and checked out yesterday morning before 8 a.m. I’m writing to express my concerns about the quality of the room, especially considering I was charged over $500 for a single night. There was no shampoo or body wash provided, and I found a long hair in the towel, which was very unhygienic. I’ve taken videos for reference. Given the rate I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and basic amenities. I’m considering filing a complaint with Expedia and leaving a public review on Google. Thank you.

Overall an okay place to stay. Close to the cruise ship departure points and a grocery store. If you have noisy visitors above you, beware that the noise travels easily to the room understood. Pillows were not all that comfortable and may be due for a change.
