Staff good and friendly. It’s just located too far from the airport. That’s all

The reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I paid for a king size room and they put me in a double bed room and told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms available! I want what I paid for!! Other than that everything is was great!

Staff excellent service , wish more variety and choices for buffet restaurant .

Great Restaurants, Terrible Poolside Service The restaurants at SLS Baha Mar were excellent, and the food was consistently very good. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the poolside service. The pool staff, bartenders, and servers were consistently rude, inattentive, and seemingly uninterested in doing their jobs. Service was painfully slow, and even the simplest requests felt like an inconvenience to the staff. For a resort that positions itself as a luxury destination and charges premium prices, the level of service was extremely disappointing. At this price point, guests should expect attentive, friendly, and professional service without having to chase staff down. It’s unfortunate because the property has a lot going for it, particularly the restaurants. However, the attitude and lack of effort from the poolside staff really detracted from the overall experience.
