The hotel responded to some of the minor issues we flagged immediately and followed up with apologies. The facilities are great, and the overall architecture is just impressive and grand. Our stay at the Fairmont in Rabat was more than excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, the service was outstanding, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a beautiful suite without us asking, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
