"Lovely old guesthouse in the heart of the medina"
Welcoming and very helpful staff. Characterful building. Wi-fi only works downstairs but they are trying to sort it. Lots of steep stairs to some rooms. Tasty breakfasts and delicious evening meal. Roof terrace with good views of the medina. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

"Deep in the Medina"
The hotel was excellent. ABSOLUTELY take their offer to have someone pick you up at the airport and bring you to the Riad- otherwise you would never find it in the maze of the medina. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and made all sorts of arrangements for our comfort. I would HIGHLY recommend this Riad!

"Great hotel in the centre of Fes"
Highly recommended. Stunning building at the heart of the old markets in Fes. A little bit difficult to find initially and we ended up asking for directions. The hotel is within easy walking distance of most sights in Fes. Very quiet, clean room with great bathroom and air con. There was also a fridge and a safe in the room, very handy. We stayed in a suite so lots of space. Great continental breakfast. Owners could be more helpful. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

"A** Perfect Hotel for Experiencing Traditional Fes"
Me & my wife booked the jetted tub room. We absolutely loved it. The size of the room was fantastic, very spacious and full of windows to allow the fresh breeze to come in. It was an amazing experience. The room is a perfect hybrid between all the modern luxuries and the traditional Moroccan experience. The décor of this riad was stunning. Spacious eating areas, plenty of seating areas to relax. The staff were very pleasant and kind, and as my wife was pregnant, they made all the effort to ensure her food cravings were met.

"Great location to enjoys old city770+284981 "
This was our first stay in Riyadh. The entrance is simply a door in an unadorned wall. Wow......all I can say is Wow!!!!! I've stayed at some nice hotels, but this one is by far the best experience we had. Upon entering the Riyadh we were mesmerised with the places beauty and really felt we were in morocco. The staffs were all welcoming as our luggage was taken to our room and once we had sorted the paperwork were served with fresh Mint tea on top of the hotel roof. The hotel location is perfect as you can enjoy he beauty of old city and is convenient closed to taxi stand where you can catch taxis if you need to go exploring. Although we were there for 4 days we felt the stay was very short and really would have liked to stay longer as we all enjoyed the stay so much due to the Riyadh and the service we received from staff. The staff from cleaning ladies to restaurant waiters to management all were very friendly and did all they could to make our experience a memorable. The breakfast was included in stay and was best breakfast we had in morocco. We had dinner couple of nights in the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent; and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. For entertainment the hotel had arrange a local musician who were very entertaining and enhance the experience of lovely. I can't possibly say enough about how wonderful this Riyadh is. Every detail was perfect. Look forward to returning again.

"Quaint Riad with direct access to old Fez"
If you're not familiar with the concept of a Riad, then this hotel is not for you. It's an old house which has been converted into a small hotel. It has no elevator, so pack light. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the old medina. But we felt sorry for the staff who had to climb 5 storeys each time a guest asked for sugar, or extra spoon.

Fes is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Fes, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Fes hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
