I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me. Everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, room and hotel very clean. Ex: On night #2, at around 10pm, our AC was malfunctioning. Without hesitation, the staff handled the situation in a timely manner, helped us move to another room and offered an extended check out. 2. The *only* recommendation I would make would be to consider putting salt and pepper in the kitchen suites. Also, some bottled water would be great. Our flight ended up being delayed, we finally checked in at around 1:46-2:00 am. It would have been nice to just have some water. 3. Otherwise, we loved the stay. 4. We’re coming back and will definitely reserve a room in this specific hotel.

The location was excellent. Overall great stay. The only issue was it took 15 to 20 minutes for hot water to reach us on 11 th floor.

I like everything about my week-long stay at the Sonder Arlo, 88 Albert Street, Ottawa. The code for entry was sent as promised, the day before as well as instructions for use. The front staff was friendly and warm. Internet was super fast. The locker to leave my luggage before check in was free and safe. The room was pristine and all needs were anticipated. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and utencils I needed. The balcony was refreshing to have as well. Bathroom was immaculate and I loved that I could get as many fresh towels and supplies as I needed. Add to all of that, the location. Parliament Hill, ist up the street. River and Canal Cruise around the corner. National Gallery and Museums just a short cool walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Maybe the world's smallest room.

I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so small, I really have no other comment or complaint however I feel like I just spent two nights sleeping in a closet.

Generally okay. Betting had a couple of marks on it. I couldn't gain access codes before arrival so had to check in at the front desk, which was fine but would have been an issue if I was arriving after the desk was closed. Air con was great

So close to Parliament and other places of interest in Ottawa. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved our balcony.

I will never stay in any of these facilities again. They have an overly complicated reservation system. Employees (other than the ones at the desk in Ottawa) were of little or no help. Was forced to change rooms for a two night stay. Virtually impossible to get a receipt for my stay.
