The main door of the hotel was broken and they mentioned its free parking in the website but they did charge me for the parking. The room, non of the side lamps or head lamps were working. The room is very congested and poorly managed. The TV was blocking the washroom door, we have to re arrange the TV to use the washroom. The iron stand was poorly placed it dropped over the coffee machine at night giving us a terrible feeling. Overall it was not a nice experience

Service reçu impeccable, tous les employés etaient vraiment souriants , étaient à l ecoute et prenaient soin de nous. Emplacement proche de plusieurs choses au centre ville, et on peut marcher et visiter les alentours facilement (parlement , senat ,... )

Arrived at 4pm (2hrs after check in time) and had to wait another 45 mins while several others checked in. Booked a 2 queen room and got a 2 double room. Bathroom stunk. Just not a great experience, will not return. Did get to see a wild turkey in tbe parkjng lot, tbat was pretty cool
