Great hotel, with free parking and relatively accessible to highways. It’s also within close proximity to downtown Ottawa Only complaint are the elevators. They are perhaps the slowest I’ve even seen anywhere. Definitely mgmt should try and service these to be more efficient.

Seemed like a lovely hotel , check in didn't tell us where pool or gym was found out from looking around. Went to use shower found it wasn't clean hair on the wall. Changed my mind. Got up to go to washroom at 4ish am turn bathroom light on it went out in second fan too. Kept playing with switch nothing. Then not until after 8 am my husband tried and nothing then a few minutes later tried again it came back on very strange. Toilet when flushed kept runningy husband has to keep fixing it to stop. Plus we booked for 4 adults and they put us on 6th floor with a bunch of kids all around crazy very noisy. I know we were only there one night but really!

The rooms were large and spacious with very high ceilings. It was clean and smelled nice and fresh. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides good value for money. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ottawa.
