This was our first time at the hotel and it was great. The rooms were huge, the hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was perfect after a long drive. Clean and hot! The only down side was breakfast for 22$. The price seems a lot for a basic buffet.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful!! The beds were the best I have slept in in a very long time. The check in staff were amazing and friendly, fast and efficient. The room was very large and had lots of cabinets and there was a microwave. Mini fridge and the coffee area had a separate sink. I loved this hotel. Next trip to Ottawa, I will be staying here.

Staying here was the worst hotel experience ever. There were definite safety concerns, when I arrived there were throngs of people everywhere throughout the halls, the stairwells, and the lobby. This continued throughout the weekend making it really uncomfortable to do anything. The elevator wait times were exorbitant, and when they did become available, they were so full it was uncomfortable. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the pool and gym, well the amenities were overrun with youth, and were essentially inaccessible. Furthermore, the youth were running throughout the halls and were rowdy enough to prevent sleep and interrupt sleep. According to the map, it seemed like it was in the downtown area, while it was not too far, the location was not good. Considering the cost of the property, this was certainly not worth it. I have never been so upset with a hotel stay and I have travelled globally. I do not recommend this property.
