Amazing stay at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market! The location is perfect — close to everything, yet still quiet and comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and well designed, and the staff were friendly and professional. Great experience overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at the Andaz before, but in a double room during the height of construction behind the hotel property. This time I was in a king room and it was laid out beautifully. I especially appreciated the inside door to close off the toilet area and the ample amount of counter space for make up application. Well-designed with beautiful finishes - well done team! My only issue was that the Keurig coffee maker was filthy; covered in dust from sitting unused in a cupboard for who knows how many months. Not being able to access hot water whenever I wanted was a low point, so I'd appreciate the housekeeping team being more diligent with all aspects of the room, in the future.

Parking options and costs are not great, avoid if possible. They do offer valet however. Rooms were a little small but comfortable. Service staff very professional and nice.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was very nice and clean, a little on the small side though. The sliding door for the bathroom has to go. If you are staying in the room with another person, you can hear everything, and I mean everything. Not sure who came up with that design but they clearly don’t care if someone can hear them going to the bathroom. The water temperate was also strange, it was either freezing or boiling.
