Fantastic hotel with a stellar breakfast. Gorgeous rooms too. It's located a bit out of the way but the closest metro stop is a 7-10 minute walk away, so it's feasible for many folks. I'd stay here again.

Top notch

First and foremost, Andreas met us to chexk in and he was wonderful. He was friendly and heloful. Everytime he saw us he would greet us. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and our sleep was peaceful. The location was excellent. The subway was within walking distance and took us every plalce we wanted to go. I recommend this Hotel. You will not be disappointed

The hotel should be a 3 star, the building is very old and ugly and the rules are super small, no service, no telephone, however you could get some food during the night if you went down to Reception, like pizza and Panini. Special things to Mr Singh, he was so wonderful that made me forget about the Hotel shortcomings. Mr. Singh provided us with an excellet service, very professional and efficient and you can say he is a very kind person.

Super staff!

The staff were the most friendless hotel staff I’ve met and I’ve said at over a hundred hotels. A very very big shout out to the night reception lady! My only complaint was that the room wasn’t insulated well and the heat didn’t work properly.

Where to start with this hotel! Located in a semi-industrial area with nothing in walkable distance around. Noisy alarms outside at frequent intervals. Morose and very unfriendly staff. 9am attempted entrance to my room by who knows whom!! Shower was flat with the surface of the rest of the bathroom so flooded within a minute, not helped by a 1970's-style showerhead. Had at least one fly in my room on arriving, but window only opened about an inch so they were there for my entire stay. Decor outdated, and green carpet is almost indescribable, but was similarly in keeping with the rest of this dive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
