Cleqn and decent priced hotel with breakfast in the middle of Oslo. The fixtures are quiet tired There is no packet tea or coffee in the room though but there is plenty of coffeshops and supermarket in the vicinity.

Excellent breakfast, staff very helpful, and gave us a takeaway breakfast on the day of our departure as we left before breakfast was served. One tip, you key needs to be in the slot to work the lights while in the room. When you leave if you take the key out, it shuts off the power to the little fridge. We had drinks in the fridge hoping to keep cold, but when we came back after a long day, they were warm Staff helped by letting us get them cold by storin in the ice cream cooler. And they gave us another key to leave in all the time. After that drinks were cold

The breakfast was great , the rooms small and clean No AC , outside looks a little rough but inside is nice and modern , bathroom was small , it was very cost effective, we where only at the hotel to sleep and get breakfast, UBER do not take Cabs !

This old hotel doesn’t inform there is not air conditioner in its rooms, on its webpage, they just give you a minifan in summer whe you arrive, and say “the hotel is so old, sorry”. It was not cheap at all, I paid about $250 for a night for a miniroom w/o air conditioner. Really this is a scam and a mistreatment. For the price you can get better hotels around. Don’t go there

Loved this stay. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices . They even offered a buffet lunch and supper at a very reasonable price. Easy to get to waterfront, and close.

The property boosts that they are walking distance to public transportation, and busy areas of the city. In reality, the property has the lobby centered to the side street and it almost looks like an abandoned building from the outside. There is one restaurant across the road from the hotel. I’m pretty much that’s the closest thing if you are willing to walk several blocks there are some good eating options. Just make sure to make reservations in advance. There is even a one Michelin star about five blocks away. The breakfast buffet was not bad. There were plenty of options and everything seemed fresh. The dining hall is a bit small but seemed OK if you considered there is an overflow dining area room just down the hall. The staff from the buffet were really nice and accommodating. But the front desk staff could be a little more friendly when we asked about their late night door policies the answer was given very condescendingly.
