Roim was not the same in picture. No housekeeper to clean another room. Two tvs two remotes o ly could watch one tv as remote controlled both. Free internet. NO. Needed pasword and front desk said you dodnt need anything. Had to ask for sheets for pull out sofa. Had to ask for towels. Water on bathroom floor in middle of night. No housekeeper. No hair dryer. Front desk knew nothing. Worst stay in hotel I ever had. Should have stayed in a Motel 6 for fraction of the price. I rquested price off room told couldn't do that. I dont know how this hotel got a 8.4 reading.

The hotel was a fine hotel. The issue was our keys didn’t work for our room. There was never any resolution except leaving someone in the room to let each in or constantly going to the front desk for a new key. There was no apology for the inconvenience that was super annoying.

Nice enough

We stayed 2 nights, in town for a soccer tournament. Our room was clean but smelled damp and had water damage all over the ceiling. In general it was clean. My kids enjoyed the pool area, which was also clean. The breakfast are is very nice and there was a good variety of food available. (Bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, coffee, juice, etc).
