Far superior breakfast buffet. Decent coffee all day long. Water and cups in lobby. Amazing and polite staff, especially the lady I dealt with at reception during a very late check-in of 1am. She even gave us yogurt, muffins and a banana because she assumed we didn’t have supper on our flights over (which we didn’t, just a tiny bag of pretzels). Just great vibes all around. It was noisy though, the large windows are great for light but not so good at keeping sound out. Outside the hotel is another story, a little dirty, and quite a few people who seem to be hurting, but that’s Oshawa for you.

Staff was professional and provided outstanding service. Room was very nice and was advertised. Inside the building was neat and clean. Parking was good although tight for a Subaru Ascent. As minor note, the part of Simcoe St where the hotel is located is a 1-way northbound, so coming from the north requires a small detour to get to the location.

I do not drink coffee and there was no kettle to make tea. Hot water was available on the ground floor but dangerous to have to take to the 6th floor by the lift and it was generally not warm enough.

We only spent less then 12 hours here as it was just a stop over. But the room was clean and bed were comfy and clean. Loved the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, no need to unpack ours. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible,Friday night Soccer kids there running around slamming doors yelling ..Where were the parents ? Saturday night Baseball kids the same pbut worst goldfish snacks thrown all over the floor (2nd) running screaming all around again slamming doors..Parents ? outside drinking kids running wild Monday morning kids yelling from there rooms @ 7am across the hall to each other i dont blame the kids but i do the parents no control ..rude, and they dont care ,will never be back to your Hotel the people at the desk both nights heared the screaming and bs going on and did nothing ..
