The room was smelly and not well maintained, definitely not upto its rating. The complementary breakfast was not up to the mark and always in short supply. Staff was also a bit rude and didn’t seem customer focused. Overall, experience was disappointing, it was the cheaper option but still not value the money.

Chris at the Desk was a pleasure to deal with, ice machine on my floor wasn't functional, overall, an aged property showing some wear, but great food options share the parking lot, and the highway access is directly adjacent.

Given a room where the door didn’t lock then told they didn’t have any other rooms. She didn’t know how to deal with the door lock. Then we were told we were given the wrong room so moved. staff complaining about other staff, nothing was done to compensate for all the inconvenience.

Good and bad.

Got ripped off from the start. Price was posted one thing online all fees and taxes then they charged some hidden $30+ fee with no real explanation. Got to the room and it smelt like a homeless person lived there and next door there was a dog barking nonstop. I asked to be switched to another king sized bed suite but non were available away from the barking dog on the animal floor (1st floor). So we got downgraded to a regular room with no stove for cooking so we had to eat out every meal except for breakfast they offered continental. The room was much nicer and cleaner that we got moved to on the 4th floor I will say how that was a pleasant surprise however they refused to refund the difference in over charge which was about $140 instead they offered a consolation refund of $70. I’m not please with being overcharged and offered the worst offerings for my young family. The breakfast was decent most days. The coffee machine is excellent.

Loved the walk in shower and the coffee station with microwave, fridge, and sink. Found that the price was rather steep, though. $295 for one night!! Breakfast that was included was just a continental one in the lobby.

In suite jacuzzi was so perfect and fenced in patio was a nice touch just wish it was better maintained maybe a fire pit more lights seating flowers you know make it feel like a vaction sort of thing
