Clean hotel. Excellent views of Osaka city from rooms. Reallt friendly and helpful staff. Great location between 2 stations with access to different lines. Reallt close to the popular tourist areas. Great shopping and restruants around. Breakfast can get very busy and is quite a smaller area tables can feel quite crammed. But would still stay again and 100% recommend

I love this hotel. Super clean and had comfortable stay. Location is also excellent. My only comment for improvement is the room size as we have 2 big luggages and not enough room space to keep both open. But this hotel is very nice!

A modern & roomy hotel from the 15th floor and above on top of a commercial office building. 2 nearby Metro stations, and a comfortable 15-20 min walk from the bustling Dōtonbori district. Very good size bathroom & wet room which had a shower/bath combo. Quiet. Modern amenities. Stayed in a 26sqm Twin Room.

Claiming it’s a five hotel but there not much amenities. No onsen or pool, no room service. Not even free lobby coffee. No breakfast Ala carte. Rooms are too tight. Please make sure it is classified as a 5 star hotel. I chose this. As it is classified as a five star hotel.

We’d definitely stay here again. The room we had was spacious (a rarity in Japanese cities) and the toiletries were nice! I enjoyed a salt bath almost every night there. The only minor inconveniences were the elevators and the laundry facilities. It takes 2 elevators to get to your room: one from the ground floor to the lobby and then one from the lobby to the room. But they are quick and there are a few so they don’t get too crowded. There is only one washer/dryer on most of the floors and not all of the guests are prompt with getting their laundry out when it’s done. So doing laundry during the day is best as it can be really inconvenient at night. But other than that, good location and not too far from the station!
