Breakfast was a joke, only coffee, juice and some unhealthy breads, that’s it !!! Apart from terrible breakfast, everything else was good. Loved the architecture and interior design

I loved how attentive all the staff were. I came from California not knowing Japanese but the front staff knew a bit which made the stay a bit easier. They were very polite and always assured us they were there to help. I recommend staying here if you need somewhere convient to stay in Japan

Absolutely stunning hotel, only had a chance to stay 1 night (nice and close to the bus to KIX), but had a great location and the room was one of the nicest and most unique I've ever had travelling. Will definitely stay here if I end up in Osaka again!

We had a comfortable stay at this trendy, new hotel. Staff were very pleasant and the room had good amenities. The location is in a bustling area, with convenience stores and restaurants at your doorstep.

The service was absolutely delightful! The room had a funky-industrial vibe. We have limited Japanese, but they worked extremely hard to meet our needs. We will seek out their other locations on future adventures.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to Umeda station with lots of shopping around. The staff at the front were incredible and were very hospitable and welcoming. The amenities were excellent too, offering free breakfast with a wide array of beverages. The room was probably the best, as it had a modern feel but was also very very spacious and could fit all 4 of my luggages comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.
