The best hotel in Osaka!

This hotel was the best one i stayed in during my first trip to Japan! The beds were so comfy, everything was super clean, and having the laundry in building was super clutch to clean up before we left. Staff was super friendly too! The breakfast was also the best one me and my friends had while we were out there, would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka!

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The extra things like tea, coffee, pajamas, toothbrushes, and combs were all self-service in the lobby which was nice. And there’s a lot of things that can be loaned such as iced pillows. However, we weren’t impressed by the cleanliness - bedsheets and curtains came stained.

Unfortunately there was mold in the air conditioner. The room smelt horrible after I switched on the aircon. I looked inside and I saw a lot of mold. We told staff and they moved us into a new room straight away. They were very helpful however we noticed that there was mold in all of the communal air conditioners that we saw and so we did not use the air con while we were there in the middle of winter. Staff were great but the company needs to maintain their building better. They cram a lot of people in very small rooms they should spend some of the revenue on fully cleaning the air vents and air conditioning systems.

This stay was awesome for the surrounding food options. So many nearby places! It was also nearby a few train entrances with not a drastic walk to and from. Small room similarly to many other hotels. Staff was very friendly and having laundry amenities available was handy. I was a bit confused on how the breakfast buffet worked as I attempted to attend but was told that it was reservation only despite showing the staff my room card and being willing to pay additionally, but I strongly believe my language barrier was at fault here.

Functional, no-frills hotel in business district. It has all you need for a good night's sleep (kettle, multiple choices of tea coffee, mini fridge, etc). I did not have breakfast (or any other meal) there. Very convenient for transportation options - couple metro lines <7mins walk Keihan line to Kyoto. Not the happening area food-ootions wise, quite a walk away. That isn't necessarily a bad thing - it is a healthy walk 🙂
