The hotel is in a prime location , just few yards from exit 5 ( lift access) Shinsaibashi metro station. The hotel is clean, cosy and quiet . It provides the use of hotel pyjamas and other items for free. The water in the bathroom is purified as drinkable water. The roof is cosy, bathroom is nice

Look no further, this is a great hotel. Close to train station (different lines within a very short walk), shopping, nightlife and restaurants on your doorstep. Breakfast was very nice too! My children miss the pancakes! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again!

The hotel staff were prompt, efficient, and exceptionally polite. They were also highly accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience for us. My family and I arranged to send our luggage to Tokyo Haneda Airport, and they gladly facilitated our request. The location is conveniently walkable, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. I truly appreciate the hotel’s generosity in providing complimentary amenities, especially since many establishments no longer offer such perks. Overall, my stay at Sotetsu Shinsaibashi was a fantastic experience.

We enjoyed being so close to Dotonbori, the train station, and the many food options nearby. The room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. (We had a king and a pull out sofa bed.) We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other small families!
