The hotel is nice and their staff was great, but the bathroom smelled like urine. We had to ask them to clean it. It was still not as clean as I was expecting. The toilet has some areas where dirt and nastiness stays. It doesn’t seem like it is being cleaned properly.

We chose this hotel because of its convenience to Dotonburi, so nice to walk a few blocks and be in the midst of bustling activities. We only got breakfast 1 of the mornings, and suggest booking it in advance. It's a bit of hassle to find a place to get breakfast. Very close to the metro station, lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and quite spacious. The location is good as it's walking distances to most tourist, shopping and places to eat. The only thing I would say is if the hotel is busy the elevators can take very long.

Great location, very close to dotonbori st and subway. The hotel is very clean and reasonable spaces for the price. The only thing missing is the safety box to keep important things but in general we’re very happy with our stay

Booked a 2-bed Smoking room by accident, the Hallways smelled but the room was good. Room had a air purifier which was a big help. The room was a good size, especially with all the luggage we had. Staff at front desk were Helpful and friendly. Overall good stay and would book again.

Great location. Dotonbori is just across the Street. Close to train station. Lots of restaurants around the area and convenient stores like the Lawson, Family Mart and 7-Eleven. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. They provide sleepwear and sleepers as well plus other toiletries. Highly recommended!

Good location with food options available within walking distance. Train station is nearby and surrounding feel safe. Room is decent and clean. Washing machine and dryer need to be replaced and there are only two of each.
