The airvents in the hotel are full of dust and mould. The front desk staff are very abrupt and not very welcoming. The buffet breakfast is very limited we didnt bother to go down after the 1st morning. They cannot communicate well in english and not very helpful. Not a hotel i would book again or recommend for Families.

Room was extremely small no storage space and even after goi g to the desk over three times on different days still didn’t get the ac working room was hot and muggy the entire stay mildew in the vents and water leaking from ceiling

Loved this place! The staff was friendly, their complimentary breakfast was simple but delicious. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable bed, the AC worked wonderfully and kept the room comfortable. The metro entrance was just a few blocks away but an easy walk. Truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again.

Hotel was centrally heated and cooled. It was on heat during April. Very hot in the room even with the window cracked. The free breakfast was two onigiri and a coffee. There was no soap in the bathroom for handwashing. There was a microwave and washing machine. Close to a train station entrance.
