Great hotel. You get what you pay for. Staff when checking in greet you and are quick and very nice. Rooms were a little smaller than expected but plenty big enough for 2 people and luggage. They were very clean and well designed. Train station is below the hotel and quick entry which was super convenient. Only issue we had were the washer/dryers. The drying cycle did not work well. I even took clothes out, maybe had two pairs of clothes and it still was not drying them well enough. So after the full 600 yen cycle plus another 30 min of drying we just hung the clothes up in the bathroom over night.

A really nice property with lots of space in the rooms. Very well finished for a cabin type apartment. Staff are friendly. Lots and lots of food options around the area and yes, there is a 7-Eleven downstairs.!

Main osaka/umeda station one metro stop away which links to airport. 7 eleven next door, lovely coffee shop next to reception and a 24hr supermarket across the road. Solid hotel

Location really good due to subway around the corner. 7/11 and breakfast close by too. Reception really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Room was clean but a bit small. The bathroom floor was uneven and the sink leant forward making us feel a little nauseous at times. All in all a decent stay.

Quiet,clean and conveniently located next to a station and 7 eleven. Whilst the rooms are small, they have everything you need and are set out well. Excellent staff that go out of their way to assist and even organised our bags to be transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is lovely, luxurious, and conveniently located at the Subway/Train station exit. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is delicious and of great value. We loved all the toiletries they offered; the room was very spacious and clean. Recommended for families.

This was my first time visiting Japan, and Premier Hotel President Cabin was the perfect place to stay by providing an incredible experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable and perfect after my long days of sightseeing, shopping and exploring the priceless jewels of Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation and local attractions. I also appreciated the thoughtful little extras, like the free amenities, tea and snacks in the lobby. Overall, a fantastic introduction to Japan’s hospitality!

This hotel is conveniently located and while the rooms were very small, that’s not uncommon for Japan. Our rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful, and you really get the bang for your buck.
