Great hotel, right across from USJ. Convenient for family with kids (has onsite laundry room), has a Lawson on ground floor. Relatively good value as well - compared to other hotels in the area. Fun decor for the family also (Minions etc)

Staff was helpful in changing our reservation by 1 day so we could spend longer in Tokyo. Lawson convenience store and Universal City walk are right there for your use. Buffet was very good and a great value. Beds are firmer than we like but we still slept well. View out window was of the port with industrial vibe. English speaking channels on tv are limited to BBC news and 1 looping kids movie - over and over and over. It was a good choice for us. Ice, water and fridge were nice.

if you’re going to Universal Studios this is a perfect location to stay at with easy access to the theme park as well as downtown Universal Studios and right across the street from the train station. Front desk was really professional and was there to assist us with multiple questions. Overall, this is a great place to stay with the family..
