A great location, right next to the train station, Universal Studios and many shopping/dining options. Room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfasts were nice. The only downside was a small self laundry area where there was a lot of waiting to use machines in the evening.

You can’t beat this location if you’re going to Universal. It was perfect for that. The Lawson convenience store downstairs was key, and the front desk/reception staff was super helpful when we had an issue accessing something for our universal tickets. The laundry room was super helpful, but know that the driers take a long time. The room was very small and had weird risers that the beds were on but we kept tripping on them. They’re weirdly placed. It was ok for our short stay and the location was the most important factor for us. You literally walk out the door and down the street to enter Universal.

A fantastic option for those using Universal park, everything is there you need. The hotel rooms are a great size with plenty of the comforts you expect in a Japanese hotel

The hotel room was a good size. Family of four and we each had our own bed. Had to use the couch to put our luggage on. Bathroom was fine.
