It's a beautiful property, the staff are incredible, and the location is absolutely perfect. While the room we stayed in had tons of space and was a lot larger by typical Japan hotel standards, I found it to be a little dated. For the cost of the hotel room, it was disappointing to know that to use the gym there was an additional fee --It it should be included. The daily fee for the gym was way higher than a pass for the Gold's Gym across the street. The restaurants in the hotel are also incredibly pricey. So we chose to eat elsewhere.

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming staff

Room on 32nd floor was spacious and airy with amazing views over Osaka. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The shower was excellent. Our only negatives would be the beds are quite hard and the soundproofing is not amazing. Sadly the guest above us seemed to be stomping around the entire time he was in his room.

Good location - great service

Good location, great service. Breakfast was also great albeit with limited options. They don’t have a buffet breakfast but only table service and it takes some time…but it was great and we used it most days.

Pros: This property is very clean and in walking distance to several shopping and dining options in Umeda. Cons: This property is not tattoo friendly for use of the gym, pool, and sauna. There are only two options for breakfast: Western and traditional Japanese.

Rooms are huge and views amazing. The bathroom is the largest I’ve seen in Japan. Very nice and super fancy but slightly dated. Still very impressive, incredibly attentive guest services and reasonably priced considering the level of service and room space. My only regrets were not being able to book the buffet and only going to the pastry counter only once. They had some amazing pastries at reasonable prices.

Spacious room with great view, but lacking basic amenities The room itself was large and offered a great view, which we really appreciated. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. However, there were several areas that need improvement: Water pressure at the faucet was very weak. No iron provided in the room. and not even at the Hotel so when you come for Business that is an issue Hangers were minimal and towels were quite thin. No complimentary bottled water,only tap water available. TV had no live channels, only limited streaming with outdated news.Lounge breakfast was very limited in quantity and selection.The lobby is located on the second floor, which was confusing. Our taxi dropped us off on the first floor and there was no assistance or clear signage to guide us.Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, but the hotel could greatly improve with better amenities and more thoughtful guest services.

A Terrific Stay!

The service at this hotel is so friendly and fast it’s very impressive. Called for ice and they arrived in less than 5 mins. Large room, very clean and well stocked. Great daily breakfast! Stayed 5 nights and the service was consistently top notch.

Comfortable Stay

Overall very clean and comfortable. Room is a great size, which is unusual for Japan. Bed is comfortably firm. Housekeeping is great, except that they change the towels everyday, even though I didn't indicate I want to change (I wanted to be more eco-friendly). I am thankful for the cleanliness but it's just not very eco-friendly. There were two things that surprised me: 1. The lobby was not on the ground floor (had to take escalator to the lobby) and 2. The furniture/furnishing is a bit dated, which was not apparent in the pictures online (my personal preference is for a more modern design). But otherwise, no issues staying in this hotel.
