First of all, the people at the front desk were not friendly at all. The smell in the bathroom was terrible. The breakfast included was not good at all compared to the breakfast we got at the other hotel in Tokyo. This hotel only served bread, and the waffles they had were not served every morning that we were there. The bed and pillows were hard, so uncomfortable to use.

Liked: Amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros: The amenities on the 2nd floor (free soda, free alcohol from 6-8 pm, and free bread in the morning).
Location was near the train stations and roughly 20 minute walk from the shopping areas.
Cons: The room was dirty. It smelled like smoke and urine in sleeping area. The restroom with the toilet had a strong urine smell as well, and some of us had to go to the 2nd floor to use their public restrooms. We called the front desk when we arrived and asked to switch rooms but were unable to because the hotel was fully booked.
My face broke out in pimples and the blanket kept coming out the cover sheets and you can see old stains. Felt gross during the whole time we were there.
The highlight of this property is their breakfast and ice cream. Their location is also very convenient. Family mart is right next to it. Train station is about 5 mins away. Dotonbori is close to 20 min walk.
7 weeks in Japan and this hotel had the biggest room. Two chairs and a table were very handy. Bed was good too. Breakfast was included along with free ice cream and an open bar after 6pm. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka. Only 5 minutes walk to Namba shops too.

Spacious apartment which is great!!! Although the bed and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. And also very noisy at night because it’s on a Main Street. Overall was nice, just hard to get a good nights sleep.

Its definitely a good amount of space but the elevator gets busy often and it was not fun when i was on the top floor. Overall decent.
Overall good stay. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Good price and spacious room for Japanese hotel standards. The breakfast was not that good though, would not recommend including in your stay. It was a bread bar only serving a couple options, small waffles you make yourself, and cereal which were limited qualities. There was unlimited fountain drinks and ice cream throughout the day and alcoholic mixtures you could make a couple hours at night.

Pleasantly surprised, value for money
Arrived to learn "Sorry, onsen is closed," but otherwise with good service.
Room was large, though a little tired.
Despite overlooking the main road, we did not have late night noise problems highlighted by others. We slept well, so I think we were lucky.
Breakfast was bread and cereal, and the breads were generally good with several choices. Tea/Coffee and Ice Cream available all day, and spirits for happy hour each day - nice.
Nearby to both a supermarket and a Kizu Market, there are options for buying supplies.
Problem: The lift is too small, and there is only one.
Great location, 20 min walk to dotonbori, near namba yasaka shrine (big lion head), near a station, approx 5 mins walk. Didn’t realise the free bread buffet until day 2/6 of our stay, free got and cold drinks and ice cream all day and free alcohol at 5-8 pm everyday on the 2nd floor. Offers daily room service even if you don’t need to, just put kn DND sign. Front desk is foreigner friendly(english speaking) and assisted us in shipping our luggage to our hotel in Toyko. Overall, great place and service.
Good location close to train station, excellent room size and clean. LOVED the bread breakfast, so delicious and lots of options! So fresh and filling before the exploring the city. Added plus with complimentary drinks and ice cream.
We enjoyed our stay even though it was just for one night. The only thing that we didn’t like was that it was right next to the highway so it was very loud sometimes, but it was bearable because we were so tired and went straight to sleep. Overall the place was clean and the free drinks and ice cream until 10PM was a great bonus!
