It was ok , the outside pool was not opened due to not being maintained the hot tub was not working either, the ice machine was broke other than that it was a good experience.

Disappointing that hot tub and pool heater broken when that is why I booked this hotel. Couldn’t use advertised amenities. Also outdoor pool not even set up. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The room was large. The view out the window is amazing. The indoor pool was cold. The hot tub out of order. The side door was out of order. Beer cans in the gazebo. Outdoor pool was closed. Would like pump hand soap and vent fan in bathroom. Thank you.

The one suggestion I would make is to have normal size pillows, not the small square pillows we had on our king size bed. It took 2 of them to make a full size pillow.
