My family and I got to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool as a family during the day and by night my husband and I were able to relax in the adult swimming are. The pool spa/ indoor/outdoor pool was a 10/10 huge hot tub! The food at HK's was an excellent dining choice for dinner! The property has beautifully landscaped walking paths with a magnificent Japanese Garden. Finally the lakeside view just tops this lodging experience.

The room was not clean, there were dead flies all over the place. It was very dated room. Bathroom was not in shape to take a shower. Only good thing about this property was the view they had.

This is a sad excuse for a 4 seasons. Out room was disgusting, the lamp shade had a huge stain on it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and the room had no hot water. We had to shower at our friends condo. I will not ever be staying here again. Ive stayed at several 4 seasons locations and this one is by far the worst. We will be staying at Camden from here on out any time we visit the Ozarks. Corporate really needs to look into this property because there is no way it is up to 4 season standards.

When we walked into the room we were greeted by 3 cockroaches that were flying onto us, and 2 spiders in the bathroom, and also hair in the bathtub.

Property was beautiful and clean but rooms were not very comfortable- mattresses were very low quality and we had trouble sleeping. On site restautant had very long wait times, we had to wait for an hour to get our food.

There were mice in our room and dirty pillow cases. We were moved to another room that had cobwebs and the ac unit was so loud we couldnt sleep. Very dirty. The equipment in the gym is very old and outdated. The customer service was terrible. Literally everything was terrible. I booked this hotel thinking it's a four seasons and expected four season quality. However, once there, found out this is not affiliated with the Four seasons hotels. Everything was out of service yet still charged resort fee. Dont stay here!!! Seriously!

Staff was short for a busy weekend. I could tell a wedding or special event was going on, yet there were few staff members around to help visitors. The food options were slim, and costly for the quality. Cockroaches and squirrels in the spa/pool area. The pool was full of debris and the hot tub was way too hot and dirty. The entire hotel is outdated with damage to the bathrooms and lifting of the carpet. The hotel bar seemed to open but there was never a bartender when we came by to visit. Very little parking, we had to park by the other buildings that were closed for remodeling. The place seemed to be a ghost town with few visitors frequenting the lobby, spa, pool, and restaurant.
