Nice family friendly hotel, with shuttle service to all Universal park and Early Access to the park. The only disappointment was that they closed the pool during storm and lightning, but I guess we can't really blame them for not letting us die of electrocution.

Very nice suites and luggage employees were great

They upgraded us free which was awesome and appreciated. However, there were a few minor issues. Checkin wait was long but very informative since it was our first time at a Universal hotel. There was a puddle on the first floor near a cooling unit, I’m sure plugged drain or something causing the carpet to be wet. Pools hours on website were different from actual hours and they close the pool 15 minutes early. Room felt a little dated. Hair dryer didn’t work in room and it was gong to be over an hour to fix when we were leaving for the park early in the morning. They did comp us food tickets which proved useful in the evening for dinner.

Truly felt like staying at a high end resort but at such an affordable rate. The pool was always clean, and there was always food, snacks, and drinks readily available. Also great that there were restaurants and a Walgreens in super close walking distance, which was great for us who don't drive.

Phenomenal service for budget hotel! Upgraded and early check in without any question. Clean, convenient. Food is reasonably priced and shuttle is quick and easy for park access. Will be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Universal Endless Summer Resort Dockside. The beds were super comfortable and the shuttle buses were very convenient to and from the parks.
