Staff seemed unable to keep up with breakfast items. Breakfast was NOT delicious. They were also always out of things. Power was out one whole day and the staff was rude about it. Rooms were very small as was the very small refrigerator. No safes in the room. Staff could not provide a printed receipt “because of the power outage” the day AFTER the power outage. Not what i expected from Hilton. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Excellent stay and perfect location! Can get anywhere I needed to within 15-20 minutes. Not OVERLY Disney/kiddish which was nice since my daughters are older. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. Establishment very clean as was our room! Will definitely make this our main location to stay for any future Orlando visits.
