The rooms were clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast did not have enough options. The were out of Yogurt and only had turkey sasauge. I suggest they have pre-made pancakes so that the line won't be so long with people waiting to make pancakes for their entire family. Also, maybe a few waffle stations would be nice.

I’d rather spend the extra money on an actual Hilton hotel instead of a Hilton knock-off. The room was small. The bathroom had terrible water pressure. The bed was okay. It looks like the pool area was an afterthought to the hotel property layout. The “gym” could use some updating with more working equipment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wow this place is amazing! Location was perfect not far at all from universal studios! Plenty of good dining options with most of them being a 2 minute walk away from the property! The lobby is cool and welcoming! Staff very friendly and nice!
