When we checked in we got our keys and went up to our room. It smelled moldy and damp. I always check the beds and there was stains all on the sheets and hair. Looked like blood or something on the night stand. The bathroom had black mould on the drain and there was hair in the tub and on the toilet. Went to reception and they changed rooms , slightly better but still had to go back down and ask for new sheets and changed the sheets on the bed. Made sure to wear socks on the floor. The staff was fine. No issues minus their pushy sales people who want you to take part in their timeshare presentation. The shuttle isn’t great. Leaves at 9:20am and only has one pick up at 5:30pm at universal. Took the shuttle the first day and just opted on Ubers the rest of the time so we could get to the park for opening and leave when it was convenient. The facility itself requires some updates . Breakfast isn’t a lot and you MUST get there before 7:30 am when it starts to get busy. It was decent for what I needed it to do for our trip but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms

With the exception of an unexpected deposit which I hope to be refunded without issue and not the best (firm) pillows on the bed this hotel was nice to stay at I came to Florida for a long overdue holiday/vacation and specifically wanted to make going to the theme parks. I did that so thank you I will come back here again the next time I visit.

Theme Park shuttle do not cover all parks

I booked this hotel specifically for the theme park shuttle. Upon arrival I was told that they do not have a shuttle to SeaWorld and was also told that the shuttle runs at a specific time and I missed the time line for the shuttle to Disney. Front desk staff was not helpful in assisting with this problem. I also booked a room with a couch and was given a room without one and had to go back downstairs and change to the correct room. I will definitely pick another hotel next time I’m in the area as there are numerous of options that are cheaper and more transparent with there amenities.

Amazing Vacation Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Suites Hotel. It was very welcoming there. I could always ask someone at the front desk for assistance. The room cleanings were daily and the space was very tidy. I enjoyed the amenities (complimentary breakfast, laundromat and gym). It was also a good distance to all of the locations that I visited. I loved the area overall.

The hotel staff and amenities were great. I was not pleased about the parking situatiion. They make you pay for parking. It does not say anywhere that parking is not included. I try to look at it from the best point of view. And said oh well atleast Ill have parking at night. Turns out that they make you pay for parking but dont reserve any oarking spots for you. The nights that i was there and was heading back to the hotel. I had to park far away on another parking lot and walk on the dark far away from the hotel with my both mt wife and 2 little kids. So because of the parking situation i give this rating and i will not be retuening to this hotel because of the aprking situation.

Bad clean

The sheets are dirty, I find little hairs in the drawers. Little cockroaches in the walls. I don’t see a special chair in the pool for handicap people. The parking was very expensive.
