We had a generally positive stay at the View studio. The customer service was excellent, staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We really appreciated the option for early check-in for a small fee, which made our travel schedule much easier. Free parking was also a big plus, and the location was very convenient and close to many of the places we wanted to visit. That said, while the hotel has clearly being renovated, the updates felt a bit more like a house-flip than a full professional remodel. It wasn’t quite as clean or polished as other hotels I’ve stayed at. Nothing major, but enough to notice.

The hotel is a basic hotel good for families with children it has a small kitchen area with microwave and small fridge. The front desk attendant were very kind and helpful. Things i did not like was i found roaches in the bathroom. They do not clean the rooms properly. When i requested if it was possible to clean our room,(including new towels and toilet paper) it never got done.

The pictures are indeed the hotel but the Devil is in the Details. This hotel was not a good place to stay all in my opinion, from the worn down cabinets and the Bed that was hard as rock and made my skin crawl, this was definitely the worse place to lodge. The flight being included was NOT worth it.

This is the fourth time that me and my family stay at this Hotel. If you want to be treated 5 STARS!!! This is IT!!! Super comfortable to be with your family. From the PROFESSIONAL STAFF, to the Rooms, and HIGH QUALITY BREAKFAST!!! Breakfast made to order, super DELICIOUS!!! And the Waiters treatment towards me and my family!!! I want to thank the Waiter SHABAN!!! He treated me and my family AMAZING!!! The service is EXCELLENT!!! And he is always making sure we have everything we need! And I want to also Thank the front desk staff, Ms Gina. Since me and my family walked through the doors she was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. She treated us AMAZINGLY and always wanted to make sure everything was ok in the rooms and if we ever needed anything to let her know. The staff here doesn’t treat you as just guests, they treat you as family!!!!
