WiFi was not working during my entire stay. Front desk staff did not seem to care about my concerns. They just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Not under our control" You advertise this as a benefit to staying at your property. As a business man I do not appreciate that level of incompetence and lack of concern

Not a great neighborhood. They have been without WiFi for at least a week with no compensation for the inconvenience. Rooms have no coffee pot or microwave. Staff very friendly and do their best with limited resources

They gave me a number to call, and when I wanted to report that the window in our room was shattered. The number didn’t work. When I went to check out in the morning, no one was there.

Staff is always very helpful and nice. I stay there on the orange Blossom Trail location very often and I have never had a bad incident with staff. They have always been very cordial and helpful. The pillows are very soft however there was no Wi-Fi but I remember when Wi-Fi didn’t exist so I’m OK with it.

No hot water

No hot water. Checked Friday night. Saturday morning no hot water called. Took a cold shower. Got back to my room at 8:30 PM still no hot water. An hour later. I had warm water NEVER HOT. The woman behind the desk was kind but unable to assist me. This placed sucked because of the lack of service.

Terrible experience, please avoid this hotel

Terrible experience, BE ADVISED you might not get the room you booked. We arrived at the hotel after the night flight hoping to get some rest to start our vacations to hear that our booking of a room with 2 queen beds was not possible and they only had 1 room with a King bed for me, my wife and our 2 kids sleep. And the worst thing is that Hotels.com doesn't care at all about it and only offers a $25 coupon as an apology for the issue. Besides that the room smells bad and the bathroom did not have hot water.

When we checked in to our room there were no towels. When we went to the desk they said they would send some to the room. When the guy arrived he told us that they only had pool towels and no wash clothes. Which we found very odd being a good size motel. The tv also kept cutting out. I guess you get what you pay for. The room was clean though

Couldn’t have asked for more for the price

We only paid $35 for the night and we could not have asked for anything better. I’ve stayed at much worse places for much more money. The overnight front desk reception was so helpful and friendly. The room seems updated and clean.
