The staff at this property. The are all very friendly & accommodating. They are very professional & always have a positive attitude/ demeanor no matter how many times they are asked questions or for assistance. They made my staff a memorable one especially since it was for my wedding day! I am grateful for everything that the manager has done for my husband & I. Sheraton North Orlando was truly a blessing!

Check-in process went great. Staff was friendly and accommodating by placing our two booked rooms on the same floor. The reason for the 4 rather than 5 star. 1- The floor in our room was soggy wet. Staff did move us to another room and there was not a problem. 2- The temperature between rooms is way different. It seems the “wet” room with the unit was way warmer than the unit we were moved to that had a the digital thermostat on the wall. 3- One 2 queen beds room was MUCH larger than the other room. There was even a couch v chair between the two and the balcony in one, you could it out and enjoy v. The other that was standing only; yet the cost is the same. 4- The parking machine was confusing. You get a ticket but you scan your card and use your debit to pay. We were under the impression we paid at the front desk. I think staff needs to explain it a little better because we weren’t the only not ones confused. The line was backed up a few cards due to confusion. 5- There were drunk people bothering families and elderly at the pool. They were taking exotic pictures and people with kids were leaving, not able to enjoy the pool with their kids due to this behavior. 6- had a Do not disturb sign on the door and at 9:45am, houskeeping knocking. Check out is at NOON. I will say, the property is clean and nicely decorated.

As always, my room was pristine. Shoutout to the Housekeeping staff. Bloom Cafe associates are amazing. This weekend, Sony and Alisha were my servers and as always, they were gracious, attentive, and (my coffee cup was never empty!). Front Desk staff are incredibly accommodating. Mr. Buckman and Mr. Smith were wonderful. Awesome customer service. Kudos!

Not the best value for what you get

Mold in the grout of the shower, bed was comfortable, I had to pay 20$ just to park in hotel parking lot, this hotel is no where near Disney parks so I don’t understand reason for parking fee. I did not see this on the information Hotels.com when I booked it or I would have chosen another hotel.

I like that the hotel was in close proximity to my mom who lives in Maitland. I did not like having to call the front desk to have the linen changed on the bed because it was dirty. The chair in the room was with stains, no one wanted to sit on it. Overall, it was not a bad stay. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.
