Not all staff was friendly. The plaza garden staff was very nice though and they do deserve credit for that but check out day, the unfriendly maid banged on my door before 9am which i do not appreciate when check out is 11am . Second It is hard to navigate around these buildings. Third when i firstchecked in on feb 24th , check in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, i got harrassed by the vacation planning desk who refused to take no for an answer and i do not appreciate the treatment i received here. Ive never been to such a horrible hotel in my life. I also added an extra night due to flight times which was so stressful to arrange and should not have been .
