Might stay at the Roseland was not a good one the the bed line and smell like feet. The mattress cover had a nasty big stain on it. I just was not comfortable there this time around you couldn’t even take the bed line off because they have a zip tie on the mattress cover so that it cannot be removed and it smelled bad with a big stain

New fees-dirty-broken room

Worst stay I’ve ever had at the Rosen Pointe. I’ve been there many times and called it my favorite hotel. Not anymore. When I checked in I was hit with a parking charge that I had not budgeted for. I’ve never paid parking. When I got to the room the tv was broken. I called the front desk to let them know so I wouldn’t be blamed for it. They said I would need to summit a work order. I said nevermind since it was very late and I didn’t want to get up early for an 8am repair job. That’s when they informed me that if I didn’t order the repair they would charge me for the cost of the tv. That should be illegal. So I took photos of the back of the tv where it’s already been taped up. Went to the bathroom to find the shower disgusting. Little nasty hairs everywhere. After that the whole place felt gross. Then the light in the bathroom starts flickering like crazy. I will never ever stay at this place again.

I was really unsure about this booking as the reviews are very hit or miss, but I had a great stay. The price for the location is unbeatable. I was vending at a convention in the nearby convention center and getting to the center was very easy. I felt like I barely had to leave the property to get there. It was clear. Room was cleaned daily, which most hotels don't seem to do anymore. While it's clearly an older place, its been updated. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Great area, nice hotel

Great area for tourists. Very good, reasonble price for a quality hotel. 3 pools and plenty of entertainment if you want to hang out for a day at the hotel. Used the shuttle to Epic Universe and it was great. Right on time both ways and FREE!!

They offer you some queen beds and when you enter the room they are two twin beds that do not fit two adults and when you complain they tell you that's what they have and they offer you a rubber to rent it they offer you breakfast and when you go you have to pay 15 dollars per person for me I don't recommend it to anyone I had a very hard time and spent more than expected.

With this location, everything was within walking distance. We visited point Orlando right across the street so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The hotel does charge a $50 deposit which you have to have a card with a chip in it and your name on it and it’s $10 a day per car to park there but it is gated in there’s one way in and one way out. It’s very clean. The room was clean the restaurant downstairs. I would give a 7 out of 10. This will definitely be my go to spot when I come to Orlando from now on.

Great area and well appointed rooms

The lady that checked me in at the front desk was very professional and friendly, made the checking in fast and easy. The room was very clean and well appointed, i was definitely pleased with the room but the location! Only steps away from lots of great restaurants and entertainment on international drive. i will definitely stay here when we go back if i want to be near all the things that are available to do in the area.
