While checking in a lady rushed into the check in area yelling that her room smelled like acid and demanded something be done. When we got to our room we found out what she was yelling about. The room was extremely musty and smelled so bad that Gladys started having alergic reactions. I complained and was reassigned a room that was tolerable. We don't watch a lot of TV but like to check news and weather. The service was horrible. Many channels wouldn't come in at all. Others were such bad reception they couldn't be watched. There were only 4 or 5 channels that came in at all. None of the major network channels worked.

When we first got there, we had to wait half an hour to be checked in the line was all the way to the restaurant and there was only two people working in the front desk at very slow paste when I finally got to the front half an hour later I asked if I could have an upgrade cause I was a VIP and she did not even know what a VIP was. She had to look it up and then she finally gave me 20% off for meals and she charged me the $10 for the parking I asked for the manager. There was no manager in site so please do not insult my intelligence by telling me next time to call the manager cause there was nobody else there they could’ve used the manager in the front desk.

We have stayed here quite a few times while travelling in Orlando. The rooms are clean and good value for money. Parking is now chargable whereas it was free in the past. Parts of thehotel such as the bar are starting to look a little dated but all in all for the price its a great place to stay and a good location
