Shocked had to pay $10 parking. I’ve stayed now at 3 different Rosen Inn properties and never paid for parking. I would stay here again but do not think the paid parking is warranted.

I have stayed here for many years due to the value it provides. It’s clean and safe and priced just right. However this past visit they have now started charging for parking. This perk was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. I guess Orlando hotels has not learned from Las Vegas. Keep on charging for parking, resort fees and you will find that most people will stop visiting.

Service was excellent, my room was super clean and I have the first floor that I had requested, I am please with the service and the cleaning crew did a wonderful job and I always have cleans room and towels. No complaints from me. I would set recommend this hotel.
