You get what you pay for especially in the area. Lobby/check-in staff were great. Kind and respectful and hurried the process along. The room was clean, not an issue there. The beds creaked so bad. I mean if I rolled over in the night it was so loud. Simply moving would wake up any other people in the room. Tv didn’t work and our sink in the bathroom was covered in moldy areas. But for 1 night, right across from ICON park, can’t beat the price.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was the worst stay of my life, it looked like a brothel, they allowed guests to have music late at night, I couldn't sleep all night, I called the reception several times to report the music and the noise and they didn't do much, apart from the fact that the bed blankets had strange stains, hoteles.com shouldn't promote it, I've never had such a bad experience

Tv didn’t work, bathrooms had a weird layout, i am giving it a 3 stars because it was clean. Alot of things to do within walking distance but dont expect much more from this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays with the family.

Check in took over an hour. There was a huge line and only one person to check us in. People had to wait outside the doors. The room was iffy. The toilet is angled (at least in the room we had) to fit in the bathroom. And the next morning before we checked out we went to get breakfast and had brought our bags with us (leaving stuff in the refrigerator) when we came back somebody had cleaned the room and took our stuff out of the refrigerator. I asked at the front desk and the woman told me that the cleaning person had no idea what I was talking about. Not happy and not going back.
