We stayed there for 5 night nights with 2 kids 8y/10y. The staff is very nice. The parking is easy to pay and convenient, and also close to seaworld/water park/discovery cove, and not too far to Disney world. The pool has pretty good temperature but not very clean. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious and clean. Close to freeway so a little bit noisy. Also the AC is noisy even we turned it off we still can her upstairs or down stair AC running.

The stay was great, however in the three days we were there the room was only partially cleaned once. There were no beds made during the stay. That was disappointing. The on-site parking was also extremely expensive. I didn't expect that. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The property is not in good condition. Room doors are dirty, rooms are fully cleaning and on 3rd floor hallway ac unit broken and parts left on floor. Ac unit in room very loud. Other than outside, the interior of the property is in terrible condition. I would not recommend staying here.

My 1st visit with them was great! But this visit left me speechless and questioning. Started off with the service meaning communication. Then after that I went on my day and returned to check in and it was a completely rushed job. I had you come in and clean myself after trying to call the front desk several times. No answer. Of course we made it work and did our best to enjoy without anymore headaches
