This hotel was an amazing stay! Tyler especially was super kind and gave us a warm welcome. He went out his way alongside his manager to accommodate us on our needs and we enjoyed every last bit of the place. Breakfast was superb, and the bartender at the pool was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again 100%.

GREAT LOCATION

Nice room with comfortable bed and nice fullu equipped kitchen. easy access to Disney parks. SHOPPING CENTER ACROSS THE STREET WHICH INCLUDED A TARGET AND RESTAURANTS. My only complaint is they need to add a couple extra toasters at the breakfast buffet. There was only 1 (4 slice) toaster which was very slow and a long line of people waiting to use it which caused my breakfast to get cold. Nice buffet other than that.

This property is very nice. Close to all shops and restaurants. It has a very nice pool. Very comfortable bed. It is very clean and spacious. I would stay here again. The staff are very friendly.

They made us aware of the issue prior to our arrival, which I really appreciated. They gave us 2 adjoining king suites instead, which were fabulous! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We like the location of the hotel close to Disney, and the breakfast was good. However, in the 2-bedroom suite we stayed in, the AC in one room was too windy and noisy but barely blew any air in the other room. None of us slept well as a result. Also, they only clean rooms every other day, not daily. It was not a happy feeling to return to the hotel room with trash cans not emptied or towels not replaced.
