Lobby is beautiful but rooms are a bit run down. Hot water didn’t work well, water pressure was poor, and pool wasn’t as advertised as the hot tub wasn’t operational. Overall it was an average stay. Convenient location and on time shuttle to airport with friendly staff

We stayed here for one night before boarding the Disney Treasure, as our flight landed around midnight and the hotel is close to the airport. Despite being rated as a four-star resort on Expedia, this was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Had it not been so late — and our kids so tired — we would’ve switched hotels immediately. The room was worn down, the floors were grimy, and overall everything felt unclean. Most shockingly, the toilet had a sign instructing guests to “repair” it after every flush to stop it from running — absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming four stars. The lobby was decent, but that’s where the positives end. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families

Shuttle service was great. The hotel has a very strong perfume smell though that can bother some guests like my 4 year old. He started sneezing a lot but other than that we had a great stay before our cruise

It was so surprisingly wonderful! We just booked a hotel by the airport after our cruise and had the best time in at the pool, had drinks at the nice bar, walked the beautiful surrounding grounds. Staff was great and place was spacious and clean. Would 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back!

We had a very unpleasant stay after a 10 hour international flight. We arrived later in evening and with a child that needed to sleep immediately. We were given a room and my wife bathed our child quickly and put her in bed to sleep. We then realized how bad the condition of the room was- extremely strong musty mildew smell, staines carpets, stained sofa, broken curtains, etc. By then it was too late as my daughter was sleeping. My wife woke up with a headache and feeling nauseous from the smell and had to wear a mask until morning. We woke our daughter up early and got in the car to leave as soon as possible. Although the front desk staff were nice and offered to chamge rooms, we were stuck as we couldnt wake our sleeping child. Overall, a bad experience- we would strongly recommend against staying here and will look for other options than Renaissance for future travels.
