Front staff was very nice upon arrival. When we got to the third floor the hallway smell hit us instantly. Smelled like filth, corn chips/feet, & I I don’t know how else to describe it other than not clean. When we got in the room, there was multiple stains on the sheets, blanket, blankets, pillow, pillowcases, and the decorative pillows that sit on the bed. Overall not clean enough for me. Would not stay again. Cleanliness is a must for me! We flew in on a delayed flight arrived at 3am and checked out by 10 or else i likely would have not stayed. We do not use the showers either due to cleanliness we showered at our next destination.

The room was ready early. I was grateful. Also their shuttle started at 4am. I had a 6am flight. They left timely. The morning guy at the front desk was an ass. He was not friendly at all. He was a germ a fobe. The attendant on duty when I check in was great.
