I want to start by saying the hotel staff were very kind. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and there were no problems with the bed linens or towels being fresh and clean. However… our sink was clogged, and after we called the front desk, we were told maintenance would come fix it. They never showed. The shower had luke warm water, it never got hot. The pool was a nice size, but wasn’t the cleanest. Overall it was a pleasant place because of the friendliness of the people. I understand it’s an older hotel and budget friendly.

Affordable Disney option, you get what you pay for

A very affordable place to stay if you’re going to Disney. Most parks are less than $15 via Lyft. I never used the provided shuttle because I wanted to be at the parks when they opened, and apparently you couldn’t book just the return trip in the evening. Firm beds, firm pillows were big positives for me. Thin walls, and the property is a bit run down. If you’re only looking for a cheap place to sleep while at Disney this place might be for you. I was so tired by the end of every day, the thin walls didn’t keep me awake. If you’re a light sleeper they could be a problem. Housekeeping really fell off at the end of my 5 night stay. Towels weren’t replaced and not as much care was taken. Not a huge issue for me as I was flying solo. However if I would have come back late to only a single towel and more than one person in the room that would have been a problem.
