It’s cheap and that’s all

Roaches in the pool, marijuana in the halls, bananas were grey, water fountains had barely any water come out.

The room wasn’t very clean. The toilet leaked and the sheets didn’t look like they were changed. The pillow cases had black stains. The floor had a lot of sand. I had to keep wiping off my feet before I got into bed.

If I could give no starts I would. The front office staff was nice but everything else was just terrible. I checked in and immediately checked out. I walked in to a roach on the wall and ammonia/chemical smell. I didn’t even bring my luggage in the room I turned around and took everything back to my car and checked out. The parking lot has pot holes that will take out your car. It almost did to mine 5 minutes into getting there. It’s in between 2 well known hotels but the sign is not lit up and we almost missed the turn into it.
Looks like mold in the corner of the room and smelled immediately when you walked in

The hotel has an excellent location with free and convenient parking, and it’s just a short drive to Universal. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and felt very safe. I also appreciated the facilities like the small fridge and microwave, which made the stay more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice, though the variety of options could be improved. The only downside was the room humidity. After turning on the air conditioning, the room became unusually damp—the bed and chairs felt moist, the floor showed visible water marks, and there was even condensation on the ceiling. It made the stay less comfortable, but I believe this is something the hotel can work on. Overall, a good stay with great convenience and potential for improvement.

First room we got smelled badly of mildew/mold and actaully had water leaking inside window sill. Second room smelled much better, but the floor towel was damp like it had been used and even the shower bar of soap was missing but the wrapper was nicely placed on the floor towel. When trying to go up to 3rd floor in elevator from 1st, elevator would not work at all. But when u go to 2nd floor and hit the up button it worked just fine to go up.

The photos in the listing do not match reality. The hotel, which appears new in the pictures, is actually old—at best, it underwent a poorly done renovation. The beds are not comfortable. I checked in late, and upon entering the room, I noticed the bathroom had no shower curtain. Given the time, it was impossible to replace it that night. The next morning, I woke up to find a leak coming from the air conditioner. I reported both issues to the front desk. However, when I returned at night on the second day, the shower curtain had still not been installed, the AC leak had not been fixed, and the room was flooded. We ended up being moved to another room. Breakfast is extremely basic, with no protein options—not even eggs. At my late check-in, the front desk agent was on a video call. I understand that since it was late at night, he may have been passing the time chatting with someone, which is not an issue in itself. However, what I found uncomfortable was that even after I arrived, he continued his video call. To me, this came across as unprofessional. In my subsequent interactions with the front desk, I was assisted by a very kind employee who courteously handled my request to change rooms due to the previously reported issues.

Only thing good about this hotel was the location. Very centrally located. Poor cleanliness, rooms was like a ice skating ground due to water. Breakfast same old everyday with no much options.
