First they’re sweet then they’re sour.

For being an “updated/renovated” hotel the rooms were very outdated. Just sitting on the couch in the living room you can hear people locking their cars, setting off their car alarms and squealing their tires from all closed windows/doors of the unit. We also went to the time share tour with promises of “free gifts” but were not given them upon completion. Employees were nice and friendly until we told them no to purchasing the time share then told us to get up and walk out a back door of the building.

There were no luggage carts anywhere to be found. I even asked the agent at the registration desk if i would be able to find a cart and he said, “oh, sure…we have plenty of them for our guests”. Not true! In addition, the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the second floor having to carry our luggage. What BS!
